•  How do I know what service is right for me?

    • Let’s chat first! Schedule an initial consult with me and we can talk about what makes the most sense for your family. This initial consult is free. Click on “schedule consult” to reserve your appointment.

  • How do I purchase a service?

    • Venmo is my preffered method of payment. I accept cash and check as well. If you know which service you want, send me an email (info@newnormalparenting.com) and request your service, we will handle payment once we set up your service. If you aren’t sure which to purchase, see above.

    • Credit card and Paypal are also available, but require an additional 6% processing fee.

  • If I ordered a subscription service, when does my service start?

    • Your monthly subscription will begin on the day of your first email. If you purchase on the 4th of the month, but don’t contact me until the 9th of the month, your subscription would start on the 9th. It will last until the 9th of the following month (regardless of whether that month has 28-31 days).

  • How do I go about scheduling my service?

    • The best way to start is to send an email to info@newnormalparenting.com and request your service.

      • For the in home consultation, I will work with you to determine a day and time that best suits your family. Weekend days are available with an additional fee. There is no additional fee for emails on the weekends.

      • For email subscriptions, we can start whenever you send your first email.

      • For 1:1 consultation, an email will get the ball rolling, and then I will offer times to schedule our consult.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for my in home consultation?

    • Upon booking, I will send you additional details about your consultation. An intake form, that is password protected, will be sent to you so I can appropriately prepare for our time together.
